We are starting to look at it, but very little of it has been done yet. It is such a fluid situation. Making that assessment could change very quickly with a regional conflict. Obviously, if we are going to designate a country as safe, we need to be happy we can stand over that.

The other point I would make is that even when designated as safe, people still have the full benefit of the interview and assessment process. We take into account the most recent country of origin information and it may show that X country was less safe last year but now the latest information is that things have actually improved.
