Before we start, on my behalf and on behalf of the members of the committee, I express our condolences to the family of John Bruton and particularly to his brother Richard who is a very hard-working and valued member of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment. John Bruton was a former Minister in the Department of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism, which was one of the predecessors to this Department. Our thoughts are with his wife Finola, his children and grandchildren. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
