I thank Deputy Costello for those remarks. I reiterate the points I made earlier. The fact is that crucial information for the base models, such as training data, is out of the question for independent investigation. I do not know what the Garda Síochána will be contracting. I do not know who the vendors are. That has not been made clear, but I very much doubt that the vendors will also allow transparency in terms of giving access to independent investigators on terms what data are used as training for fine-tuning and what kind of architecture model they are building this from. As far as I know, this kind of information has never been open to the public. It is almost always hidden by proprietary rights and is inscrutable. That is the remark I want to add.
