I appreciate that question because in the Canadian case, this did happen. Clearview AI had done a free file service to the RCMP that was found to be in violation of the Canadian privacy Act. They conducted a joint investigation in 2022 with provincial privacy commissioners and found that the purposes of the company were inappropriate because they were not related to the purposes for which the images were originally posted, they were to the detriment of the individuals whose images were captured and it created a significant harm to those individuals, many of whom would never have been and will never be implicated in a crime. That is really important for us to note.
