I do not believe it is biometric data we are processing. I am not sure that particular characteristics of an individual's description is biometric data. We are looking at an individual on a public street. He is in public view and we suspect him of serious criminality. We are using the evidence we have gained - mostly footage, but also witness evidence - to try to identify that individual's movements and ultimately identify them. In effect, that is what we are obliged to do.
