I thank the witnesses for their evidence. My question has been evolving as the proceedings have moved on. It is on the code of practice and consultation the Minister would have with the DPC. Is there a requirement on him to report whether the Minister takes on board his concerns, or is there a requirement on him to report what has happened in the consultation that takes place?
