We are all subject to human frailty and we can get things wrong just by mistake. That has to be recognised, but I would point to the rigour of the work being done, the supervision of same and, subsequently, the rigour of the reporting to the Director of Public Prosecutions. There is then rigorous examination of the evidence that we put forward. Regarding the child abuse material, the reporting of that is a human activity, in that individual members sit down, go through the stills and describe what is happening for the prosecution files. There is a rigour in that in terms of its supervision, but also the welfare of the members engaged in the work, as the Senator will imagine.
