As written into the Bill, there is a requirement for consultation with our office on the code of practice. We await developments on that. The making of the code of practice will also rely on a positive resolution of the committee and the Houses of the Oireachtas as an additional safeguard on that. We would see this as an ongoing, iterative process of establishing the substantive detail of how this will actually work in practice.
