There is no doubt that the code of practice will be key. Without a completed Bill or Act before us, it is fairly easy to see which is the more important of the documents.

I will turn to Commissioner Harris. Thanks to the Cathaoirleach, this point has been filled out a little, but, as a matter of interest, for the 22,000 hours of footage the Garda is assessing with respect to the Dublin riot, how many officers are assigned to that work and how many hours have they spent assessing that information?
