During the riots of 23 November multiple offences were committed. For instance, 211 individuals entered Foot Locker on O'Connell Street and in the space of four minutes, stripped the whole place out. They then made their way to other shops and committed serious offences of looting, burglary, destruction of property as well as physical assaults on individuals. We use the generic expression "riot" but in itself, rioting is a serious offence. We are using footage that was shot at night and that is of varying quality and in varying formats. What we need to do is sift through it for identifiable characteristics as much as identifiable faces-----
