A State authority development emergency order is a restatement of the provisions contained in section 181 of the Act of 2000 that the Minister may by order provide that permission is not required for certain State authority development, where such development is required by reason of an accident or emergency, and the development does not require appropriate assessment or environmental impact assessment.
