Yes, there are 12 modifiable risk factors for dementia that are backed up by evidence-based consensus where research shows they have the possibility to potentially delay or prevent up to 40% of dementia across the world. It sounds like those risk factors might be extremely complex but they are actually not. Usually addressing those risk factors would prevent stroke or cancer.
