I move amendment No. 51:

In page 28, to delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute the following: “(b) subject to the provisions of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, the person had the capacity to give such consent at the time it was given, and

(c) section 17 has been complied with.”.
