I move amendment No. 43:

In page 24, between lines 23 and 24, to insert the following: “(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), an AHR treatment provider may provide AHR treatment to a person for the purposes of retrieving and cryopreserving a gamete in anticipation of a DAHR procedure in the future.

(3) Nothing in this Act shall be construed as excluding the provision of AHR treatment to a surrogate who is a party to a surrogacy agreement approved by the AHHRA pursuant to section 51 of this Act.”.

Is it the Minister's view that the issue is covered under amendment No. 42?
