I move amendment No. 21:

In page 17, between lines 8 and 9, to insert the following:

“ “relevant storage (T)” means, as appropriate—

(a) the storage of tissues by the holder of a licence pursuant to the provisions of the licence, or

(b) the tissues the subject of such storage;”.
