Moving on to item three, which is correspondence, items that are not flagged for discussion at this meeting will be dealt with in accordance with the proposed actions that have been circulated. Decisions taken by the committee in relation to the correspondence are recorded in the minutes of committee meetings and published on the committee's webpage.

Some six items of correspondence have been flagged for discussion in public today. The first category that has been flagged is category B, correspondence from Accounting Officers and-or Ministers and follow-up to committee meetings. The first item of correspondence is No. R2272B from Mr. Niall Glesson, chief executive officer, Uisce Eireann, dated 11 December 2023, providing follow up information requested at the meeting of 26 October 2023.
