We have to operate on the basis that if you are the subject of regular complaints that have been upheld with you, it will impact on the renewal of your licence because you have to prove that you are of good character and you have operated your broadcasting service responsibly, and if you are found by the regulator to have repeatedly breached the various codes, that would determine that. Therefore, there are teeth in the complaints procedure that we answer to.
