We have probably codified a lot of that now, for example, in the housing needs demand assessment. We are therefore very clear on what is required in a local authority and we formalise that. There is no doubt but that those conversations happened over the years. Now, they are more than conversations because they are codified into what we do. I think that alone is a key development. Yet, a lot of the points the Deputy has raised have fundamentally changed right across what we do.
