Staff feel much better if there are 14 cameras watching everything that happens and if there is a uniformed security guard walking around the store. It is there for staff as much as it is for crime prevention. They feel that the environment is much safer and I certainly feel that the environment is much safer. Sanctions because of the cameras would be ideal.
