The salary increases that are applied in line with the Secretary General benchmark salary, as agreed with the Department, are applied following recommendations from the EPRCO to the board and are approved by the board. Every other element of the remuneration is also approved by the board. Clearly, unintentional breaches of the MOU took place in this case. As soon as we were aware of the situation, we attempted to address it as speedily as possible. The committee needs to be aware of that.
