I am saying that established practice shows that for clubs which have either ownership or long-term lease there is, by definition, a longer term strategy and plan for the club. It generally ensures a higher level of comfort that taxpayers' money is being well invested. This and other issues are considered in the periodic reviews of the sports capital programme. The review of the 2020 programme is on the Department's website. It runs to 50 or 60 pages and there is material there. This is something that is periodically looked at. Again, there will be a review of the 2023 programme post allocations next year. We do not take a passive approach. We consider all the factors that are out there. We will do that again in 2024.
