May I respond to that? I have already acknowledged that if the communication was optimal, we would not be sitting here today. I accept that and I am not for a second dismissing the stress and anxiety that is out there on some farmers. What I was trying to articulate - and this is part of what we have to sort - is that in many cases that stress and anxiety is not warranted, so we have to take the stress out of it. We have communicated with farmers directly this week to try to give them the list of cows that are eligible for the scheme in order that we can take out some of that stress and anxiety.
