I am not going to sit here on a Wednesday afternoon and opine as to whether it should be statutory or non-statutory, but I understand the point the Deputy is making. What I wanted to do was, hopefully, give some reassurance that even though they may not be on a statutory footing, that does not mean we are not interested in them as the board of the NTA.
