I move amendment No. 2:

In page 13, lines 17 and 18, to delete all words from and including “and” in line 17 down to and including line 18 and substitute the following

“(ii) the documents referred to in subsection (4)(c)(i), and

(iii) the fee referred to in subsection (4)(c)(ii).”.
