The history of citizens' assemblies in this country is very good. Ireland is a world leader in deliberative democracy. I have spoken in 38 different countries in the past 18 months. Those countries were saying that they want to get their citizens involved in conversations, that Ireland does this very well and that they want to know how we do it.
