I do not expect the scheme will extend to the non-domestic sector. The Department of Rural and Community Development has a scheme for community centres, however, and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine has a solar scheme for farmers as part of the targeted agriculture modernisation schemes, TAMS.
