The next business is correspondence. As previously agreed, items that were not flagged for discussion for this meeting will continue to be dealt with in accordance with the proposed actions that have been circulated. Decisions taken by the committee in relation to correspondence are recorded in the minutes of the committee’s meetings and published on the committee’s web page.

Before moving on to the flagged items of correspondence, after our private meeting on Tuesday, we considered correspondence No. 2224B, dated 10 November 2023, from Mr. Kevin Bakhurst, director general of RTÉ, in relation to a note for the meeting of 7 May 2020. It is agreed to note and publish the cover letter and the summary of the note to that meeting. It is also agreed not to circulate or publish further the confidential documents supplied.
