I move amendment No. 95:
In page 143, between lines 21 and 22, to insert the following:
“
| (f) the following subsection were inserted after subsection (9): “(10) The director general of Limerick City and County Council shall consult with the Mayor of Limerick regarding a delegation made under this section to ensure that each delegated function is properly staffed in pursuit of the policy priorities of the Mayor of Limerick.”. |
The Minister of State was not in favour revisiting this.
