I move amendment No. 17:

In page 24, between lines 18 and 19, to insert the following: “(h) at the request of the presumed victim of human trafficking or the identified victim of human trafficking, a permission or permissions (within the meaning of section 4 of the Immigration Act 2004)—

(i) to be in the State, and

(ii) for one or more family members to be in the State.”.
