I move amendment No. 13:

13. In page 23, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following: “(5) The International Protection Act 2015 is amended in section 49(3) by the substitution of the following for paragraph (b)—

“(b) humanitarian considerations including, where relevant, that the applicant has entered the National Referral Mechanism under the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Human Trafficking) Act 2023,”.”.
