The point the Deputy is making, with St. Mary of the Angels being a case in point, is that there is significant potential. Some attitude is given by public officials when they are challenged by families about transferring people. They say they could give respite but that it is respite on a national basis. One family in the south of Ireland have been offered, or threatened with, a place in Donegal. That is the attitude and culture in the system that is blocking this.
