That level of detail will need to be worked through with the HSE in finalising the operational arrangements for provision of the scheme. We are currently drafting broad parameters of the legislation to enable the provision to take place. With regard to timeframe, we envision concluding the drafting process with the Attorney General’s office will take place in the coming months, hopefully to facilitate enactment of the legislation in quarter 1 or early quarter 2 of next year.
