Obviously the Public Service Performance Report is a new process for the Department and indeed the Oireachtas. Its objective, I suppose, is to improve public service by enabling people to see performance relative to targets. Does the Department of Education have targets in specific areas that can be assessed and, if so, could Mr. O'Leary give me an example of them?
