We will see the full effects of the community care programme in 2024. Clearly, we are not able to invest in new developments next year to the extent we all would have liked to but we will have to consolidate it and then grow through the changes. Some additional money might be made available - Mr. Coleman might comment on that - but the Deputy is right.
