There are 40,000 activities in the programme, of which approximately 10,000 remain to be completed to complete the project. We track those activities to make sure they start and finish at the right time and we look at where BAM is in any given activity. From that, we monitor its progress against the programme. We also look at the room completion offers Mr. Gunning spoke about and we look at commissioning KPIs.
