It can always be improved, no matter how many times we have done it. If a team has played ten matches in the season and is going out to play the 11th, it will look at the mistakes made in the first ten games and try to improve for the next one. I understand that and what is important is that there are other contracts coming up, including for a national maternity hospital, which is badly needed. It is important that the lessons from this are learned so that improvements can be made.

I want to ask about the claims now. The way we were provided with the information on this made it difficult to understand but the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General did some further work on the data. It drew up a chart for us, using the figures provided, which was helpful in terms of deciphering exactly what is happening with regard to claims. The overall sum claimed for determination by the employer's representative is €769 million. That is obviously the figure given by the contractor.
