I move amendment No. 39:

In page 19, to delete lines 10 to 13 and substitute the following:

“ “(b) shall, within the relevant period, be delivered to each member of

the credit union.”.”. The grouping addresses the following issues: organisational matters regarding the delivery of notices of meetings, documents, annual accounts and the calling of meetings, quorum for a general meeting of a corporate credit union, removal of references to he, his, him, etc., changes to the processes for small payments on death and the insertion of the sixth schedule which is the matter to be provided for in the rules of a corporate credit union.
