There are two things here. If a crime has been committed in some way, shape or form, that is a matter for An Garda Síochána. If something of that nature happens where there needs to be a formal complaint made, it needs to be taken up and there is a legal route there. Sports Ireland is a sports development agency and the whole idea is to develop the sports sector. Dr. May could add a bit more to that but it is a question of what sort of incident we are talking about.
