I met Mr. Liam Woods, who is planning the design. I had a meeting with him last week to look at the options for integration. I had very strong views around the levels of integration and if we do not bring it right down. I have worked in both systems. I worked in a hospital-only role and in a regional role. You will get change where accountability lies. We are very strong on that. Some of the regulatory framework, which we have also spoken about, possibly does not enable the use of beds in the best possible way. We will seek how to support change so that it is less relevant and we move towards service rather than setting.
