One would not spot individual actions like that in the annual report. It is not something that would arise. Having said that, I am quite happy, in regard to the recommendations that come forward from the expert advisory group, that if it sees something where the Department can strengthen the process, then absolutely, but in the specific circumstance to which the Deputy referred, one would not see that.
