We have authority to go up to 160 staff. We think we will need to be bigger than that and have had positive signals that we will be allowed to do that. In terms of recruitment one of the things we found was that people are quite keen to come and work for us. The mission of Coimisiún na Meán is seen as being very meaningful. It is one of the reasons the commissioners put themselves forward for the posts. We are currently engaged in a recruitment process to recruit the kind of senior management layer, that is, the leaders of all of those sections within those divisions.
