We are confirming that because the TCA came in, due to the issue with women that arose when the disastrous decision was made in 2012 that particularly disadvantaged women when what had been three or four rates became far more rates in terms of the average number of stamps you had to have. The averaging system disimproved, there was a row about that and TCA came in. Prior to that, the Government made a decision that it would be 30 years.
