I stress once again that we in Waterways Ireland would ask all interested parties to have their say and make a contribution to this process. We want to get it right. They are out of date, unfit for the environment and the market in which we work, for the health and safety considerations that are paramount in everything we do on our waterways. Through the committee's good offices, I ask it to encourage people to engage with the public consultation process and make a submission on both sets of by-laws.
