I have an obligation to audit in that case but there were no transactions and Fáilte Ireland wants to keep the company in existence in a dormant capacity. It feels that it might, at some point, use it again in the future.

No. 14 is the Irish Museum of Modern Art, which received a clear audit opinion for 2022. No. 15 is the Pensions Authority and it received a clear audit opinion for 2022. No. 16 is the National Lottery Fund and for 2022 it received a clear audit opinion.
