Mr. Murphy can speak for the remuneration committee, but I think it is entirely appropriate that all presenters' salaries will now go to the remuneration committee and that they are properly tested. We had a good and robust discussion about the basis on which we decided to make the offer at that stage. I should say that in the end there was a really good discussion with the full board. Mr. Murphy can speak to this, but from my recollection, it was not a matter of the particulars of the offer. It was about the decision itself about whether to bring Mr. Tubridy back. This was significant enough to the organisation that Mr. Murphy and the chair, who is also on the remuneration committee, felt that it should be properly discussed with the full board.
