I do not accept many of the Deputy's premises. We are not on the verge of bankruptcy. I made that crystal clear. We are having to manage our cash extremely carefully but we are not on the verge of bankruptcy. I would not be able to run the organisation under my statutory responsibilities if I thought we were, and we are not.
