Then there is Mr. Lynch's side of events around underwriting. I find it very difficult to accept, when we see this email chain. Yes, absolutely it becomes legally binding when the verbal agreement is written into it, but it has formed a part of the contract negotiations from the very start. I think that needs to be reflected upon.
