There is a process set out in the contract as to how these claims are dealt with. A claim is raised, and then substantiated. The vale of the substantiated claims is €756 million. The claim is then referred to the employer's representative who then makes a determination on the claim. Either party can accept or reject the determination. The vast majority of the determinations are not accepted and go through the disputes process.
