I want the witnesses to give me an outline of the situation pre-19 December. Is there any contemporaneous note on what gave rise to that email or the meeting that took place beforehand? We start, if I am not mistaken, on 19 December, with Mr. Kelly's document on the proposed terms for a new contract. From that perspective, where was the starting point that gave rise to the €75,000 commercial relationship?
