The key point is the last line of the second-last paragraph on the third page. It more or less states that Dr. Mey requests that the Committee of Public Accounts consider giving statutory direction in relation to the McKenna report to enable her to comply with its request. We should seek that statutory direction.

We have to do that and apply for it.
